MySpace Calls for .NET Developers

When MySpace started, it used Macromedia's Cold Fusion platform to deliver web pages to its users. I suspected then that was a source for early growing pains suffered while their user base grew exponentially.

Now it seems that they're making a major push to hire .NET developers. This may mean they're going to be shifting to the far more flexible and scalable .NET platform to serve its millions of users. With about 250,000 new users every day, they definitely need to optimize every bit of their site to accommodate the traffic.

Whatever their strategy, it seems clear that they've decided to expand their workforce and bring in some fresh talent.

So if you're an experienced .NET developer looking for one of the most coveted jobs in the tech industry today, you might want to sign up for an account (if you don't have one) and check out Tom's latest bulletin.
