Is relation to your AOL Rention Manual, this has been going on for years at other companies and not always in evil ways.

At my last corp job they sent us to training with a www.LoyaltyFactor.com program. Well worth it and helped us hold onto our high paying and usually high stress customers.

These where big corps w/ over 1mil in hardware though, not end comsumers. The end consumer has little hope against someone using these skills effectively if the rep is dubious.

Try cancelling a creditexpert.com monitoring service, it's an easy way to get it free and at discount for months on end.
